Return & Cancellation
When you purchase with INKCITI online, we work hard to provide you the best experience we can. Orders cannot be returned since they have been customized to your unique requirements and designs and cannot be used by anyone else.
However, if there is ever a Manufacturing defect, you will receive full support to have it fixed.

Cancellation Policy
We handle orders the same day to ensure prompt delivery of your item. We can cancel your order and return your money if it hasn't been completed.

Any cancellations must be made as soon as possible by emailing contact@inkciti.comor calling (+64) 9889-9420 and providing your order number.
If the INKCITI staff discovers that your funds have not been received, your orders may also be cancelled.
