How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All well-known orders could be shipped in 15 to 20 commercial enterprise days after confirmation from our group that they have received your order. In case your order consists of an item that we indicated could be shipped at a later date, we can simply ship the whole order out collectively as soon as the item arrives.

What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you do: Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment. Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we’ll check the latest delivery updates. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. You can reach us via chat or send an email to contact@inkciti.com. If you still haven’t received any news about your shipment after completing all the steps mentioned above, please fill out a problem report. Submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Then, we’ll take a look, and if the fault is ours, we’ll reship your order at no expense to you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address is correct. You should also double-check whether your customer contacted their local post office to locate the lost order. Remember that we can’t reship an order if tracking information states it was delivered, but your customer says they haven’t received it. In this case, any replacements would have to be at your expense. You can check our return policy for up-to-date details about reshipments.

Can I cancel my order?

I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?

We’re glad to ship you the proper size and do an exchange! In any other case, we most effectively replace items in the event that they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at contact@inkciti.com before sending your item to: contact@inkciti.com

Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email at contact@inkciti.com, we will get back to you ASAP.

How do I place a return or exchange?

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your item, do email us at contact@inkciti.com If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your order travels safely us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@inkciti.com.

How do taxes and customs work for orders ?

Customer have to pay any extra custom charges if the order is applicable, also customer will have to pay the sales tax, which differs depending on the final destination of your customer.
